Employment Supports

Northeast Arc specializes in finding people with disabilities gainful employment within the community; we support highly skilled and motivated people who can contribute to your company’s success.

Those we support love coming to work, have excellent attendance records and are often used to fill vacancies in roles that have the highest turnover rates.

Enjoy this Sprout Film Short that helps us think more broadly about the ways people with developmental disabilities can contribute to the workforce. The Interviewer delivers this message with humor, poignancy and high production values.  Viewing it will be the best 12 minutes you spend today!
